Terms of Service
Version 1.2.0, effective as of November 22, 2025
1. General
Hayaku Tech Limited, the company registered Griva Digeni 78, 2nd floor, Office B1, 3101, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides access to an automated code review platform available at https://sennin.ai (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") that uses advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models to analyze and review source code hosted in GitLab/GitHub repositories of the Client.
To use the Service, the Client must provide their full name and a valid email address. By completing the registration, the Client explicitly consents to the collection and storage of registration metadata, including device identifiers and IP address.
After registration, the Client will be prompted to authorize our Service to access your GitLab/GitHub account via an OAuth access token. This token allows the Service to perform automated code reviews within your repositories. The Client can revoke this access at any time via their GitLab/GitHub settings.
2. Description of the Service
The service provides code review procedures, using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models to analyze and review source code hosted in GitLab/GitHub repositories
Code Review is the process of systematically examining source code with the goal of identifying bugs, improving code quality, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring overall maintainability.
In the context of the Service, code review is performed by advanced AI models that analyze your code and automatically generate feedback. The system reviews code for:
- Logical and syntactic errors;
- Potential bugs and anti-patterns;
- Security vulnerabilities;
- Code readability and maintainability issues;
- Compliance with language-specific or team-defined style guides.
3. Pricing
By registering an account in the Service, the Client receives up to 5 AI-powered code reviews at no cost.
After the free tier is exhausted, the Service is offered on a subscription basis at a flat rate of $40 (forty US dollars) per active developer seat per month.
Each paid developer seat includes up to 100 AI-powered code reviews per billing month. A code review is counted each time the Service is automatically or manually triggered to analyze a Pull/Merge Request in the connected GitLab/GitHub repository. This includes, but is not limited to:
For the purposes of these Terms, a "developer" or "developer seat" means a unique GitLab/GitHub user account that authored at least one commit included in a Pull/Merge Request that the Service reviews for the Client during a billing month. In practice, this usually corresponds to the humans whose code the Service reviews, regardless of who actually opened the Pull/Merge Request. Bot or service accounts may be excluded from seat counting at the Company's discretion.
- New Pull/Merge Requests;
- Updates to existing Pull/Merge Requests (e.g., new commits).
The Company may temporarily restrict or pause additional reviews once the monthly limit is reached unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled by the Client via the Service or by contacting the Company.
4. Confidentiality and NDA
By using the Service, both parties (the Company and the Client) agree to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as follows:
- The Company will not disclose, copy, reproduce, or use any of the code or related information for any purpose other than to provide the Service.
- The Client agrees not to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service and AI models.
- This NDA remains in effect for as long as you use the Service and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.
5. Intellectual Property
The Client retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the code, repositories, and associated intellectual property.
The Company does not claim ownership of any content reviewed by our Service.
AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and do not transfer any rights from the Company to the Client or vice versa.
6. Privacy Policy
The use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the Company collect, store, and use the personal information, including metadata and GitLab/GitHub-related access data.
By accepting these Terms, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
The client may terminate the use of the Service at any time by revoking access through GitLab/GitHub and/or requesting deletion of their data.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated code suggestions are free of bugs or security vulnerabilities.
The Client is solely responsible for reviewing and approving changes before deployment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
